Dr. Stephens conducts comprehensive evaluations for students of all ages including pre-school and adult. Full psychological evaluations of cognitive and academic achievement are used to determine diagnosis, eligibility, or school placement. Informal assessment is used to create a developmental reading plan, which includes curriculum development, remediation or accelerated instructional design and prescriptive academic therapy to maximize strengths and support weaknesses. She also provides consultations and cooperative planning between parent, school and specialist. Dr. Stephens earned a master's degree in Special Education and holds a doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision with a specialty in Reading.

Tam Warner Minton has years of experience in post-secondary education, research, and tutoring.
